Glam Tickets – 



1 x Ticket is valid for one person.

Event is age 18 and over, full and valid ID will be required.

Tickets – display ticket on the door. Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

Aggressive and rude behavior will not be tolerated by our staff and any customers may be asked to leave or refused entry, with no refunds.

Management reserve the right to amend or change any offer without prior notice. 

Refusal of entry will not be eligible for refunds.

Issues with payments – must be brought to the attention of Incredible Events Ltd within 12 hours of the end of any event.

If a customer thinks they have been mis-charged this must be brought to the attention of the reception Glam staff on the night. Contacting us after the event with an issue of over payment or for example being charge incorrectly will not result in a refund as we will not know the specifics of the incident, and customers often pay for their associates which can not be ruled out in this situation.

Ticket Refunds – Are not available.

Change of event Details. If there are changes to the event then a full refund will be available alternatively all tickets will be valid for the new event.

Merchandise – Are not available for refunds.

VIP Cards – Remain the property of Glam events and may be refused entry at any stage without prior notice.

Glam Grotto – 

All items from the Glam grotto are provided for free and will never be changed. The customers are fully responsible for taking any food items from the Grotto, and any resultant reactions or consequences that may happen.

Although we try and avoid any allergens some of the items may contain items that could cause an allergic reaction.  If you are allergic to certain items please avoid the grotto.

Glam Winners / Vouchers / Prizes. Will be issued by Glam events as deemed appropriate. Any offer may be changed / amended without prior notice.
